Health & Fitness 2017

After my celiac diagnosis, I gained about 20ish pounds. I am tired of it now and am working to gain muscle/strength. I started in January but have been struggling lately. I am hoping this project will keep me accountable to health, fitness, and photography.

My personal project is to track my health & fitness journey. I want to hold myself accountable & need to shoot more. Win-Win.
